Our 3 Step Proposal Process:

Step 1 is an initial site visit where we meet with you and anyone else that is going to be involved with the project.  This meeting takes roughly an hour depending on your questions and scope of the project.  In this meeting we identify the layout, type and style of your new kitchen, discuss products available and estimate cost parameters.

Step 2 is a commitment from you to have our architects and CAD drawers do conceptual drawings for your new project.  We will also identify products and construction methods that will give you the kitchen you are looking for.  The cost for this step is $750.00 for kitchen layout, $1150.00 for kitchen layout that requires moving of interior walls (engineering services available),  and $450.00 for bath remodel.  These amounts will be credited back to you upon choosing Hallmark for your project.

Step 3 is the final review of proposal.  Inside your proposal you will have all components selected for your remodel.  On items that have not been finalized, an allowance will be given that will reflect the grade of product that you desire.  Any amounts not used from the allowance will be credited back to customer and vice versa for amounts over.

Why is this a good way of doing business?  Too many times in our industry customers are charged/quoted too much in an effort to protect against hidden costs.  In addition, too much time is spent working on layouts and quotes for homeowners that are not serious about the project.  In the end you will spend less by investing in real job costing and conceptual drawings that take considerable time.
